Part of your Estate Planning requires you appoint someone to be the Personal Representative of your Estate. Unfortunately, appointing someone to take on this responsibility is not always easy. If you find yourself in the situation where you do not have a family member or friend who is prepared to take on this role, or if your family situation is complicated, we can help. If appropriate, our office may be willing to take on this responsibility. You may choose to appoint us as your Personal Representative, or alternate Personal Representative, and in some cases, we could be a co-Personal Representative.
